Thank you for choosing Vanguard Visa Law for your immigration consultation needs. Below is our fulfillment policy outlining the terms of booking, cancellation, and refunds for our virtual consultation services.

‍1. Service Description
We offer virtual consultations to potential clients to discuss their immigration needs and provide preliminary advice. Each session is conducted online and lasts 30 minutes. The cost of the consultation is $295.

2. Booking and Scheduling
All consultations must be scheduled and paid for in advance via our website or through our client services team. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and link to access your virtual consultation upon completing your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their consultation for a full refund by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their consultation without additional charges if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the consultation are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

5. Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Technical Issues
If technical difficulties prevent the consultation from being conducted as scheduled, we will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
